Dejamos Gijón dirección Somido.. de camino paramos en la central eléctrica de La Malva, el lugar es bonito y el edificio es interesante.
We left from Gijón heading to Somiedo.. in our way we stopped at the electric station of La Malva, the place is beautiful and the building is old and interesting.
We had arranged a meeting point with our friends Enrique and Tere who were spent a few days in León
After having lunch we left to our destination, Perlunes
We left the bikes beside the San Juan and San Antonio Church and we went for a stroll
The little town is a living ethnographic museum
The river flows through the town and its inhabitants have taken advantage of all its potential
A very interesting usage are these "olleras".. they are "refrigerators".. the water flows bellow the small windows. The livestock breeders put inside a pottery recipient the milk and it remains fresh for long
Of course, there are water mills and places for doing the laundry
It was a great discovery and I should say the road who leads to the place is also phenomenal
Midway from Pola de Somiedo, there is a good lookout
The last drink in the capital and we returned home very happy with our day
